Tryouts 8/14, 8/15, & 8/16 (8am-10am front football field)

The following are MANDATORY to tryout:

#1 Physicals (must be HBUHSD form & should already be on file with trainer - if not, bring it!)

#2 proof of insurance (print, fill out, and bring with you - check the list below)

#3 emergency cards (print, fill out, and bring with you - check the list below)

#4 BRING PLENTY OF WATER, CLEATS, & MOUTHPIECE (also headgear if you have it)

#5 Please wear a T-shirt with the first letter of your first name, your entire last name, and a number for what grade you will be in this fall on both the front and back using a dark marker.
